By accessing or using the Site, shopping in our store, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• All products and tuning services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue items.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or descriptions.
• Tuning Services: Custom tuning (e.g., Powerstroke, Duramax, etc.) is provided “as performed.” Results may vary based on vehicle condition, maintenance, and local regulations. Tuning may affect emissions compliance and vehicle warranty. You assume all risk related to emissions testing, legality, and drivability.
• Performance Parts: Many parts are for off-road / competition use only. Installation and use are at your own risk.

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

• Returns accepted within 14–30 days of delivery in original condition.
• Tuning services and custom/flashed products are non-returnable, Non-Refundable and all sales are Final.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, tuning files, etc.) is owned by Diesel PitStop LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it. You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights and is not illegal or harmful.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIESEL PITSTOP LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including lost profits, data loss, or vehicle damage, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, your orders, your vehicle modifications, or your violation of these Terms.
